Refund policy

We want you to love your Sophie Brunkard Design pieces. This policy applies to purchases delivered within the EU.

Ready-to-wear items You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@sophiebrunkarddesign.com within the 14-day window. You'll have a further 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Bespoke & made-to-order items Pieces that are made to order or produced to your bespoke specifications are exempt from the standard right of cancellation and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are custom-made specifically for you. This exemption is permitted under EU consumer protection law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@sophiebrunkarddesign.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund including return shipping.
