Thank you for shopping with Sophie Brunkard Design. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Processing times

• Ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 3-7 business days of your order.
• Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are handcrafted in our Dublin studio and require a longer lead time of 3-6 weeks. We'll confirm your estimated completion date after your order is placed.

Shipping destinations & rates

• Ireland: €9 standard, delivered in 2-5 business days.
• European Union Delivery within the EU can be arranged on request with pricing depending on destination and parcel size. To arrange EU delivery, please contact us at hello@sophiebrunkarddesign.com before or after placing your order and we'll confirm the exact cost and timeline for you.
  

• Rest of World International delivery outside the EU can be arranged on request, with pricing depending on destination and parcel size. To arrange international delivery, please contact us at hello@sophiebrunkarddesign.com before or after placing your order and we'll confirm the exact cost and timeline for you.

  Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Customs, duties & taxes Orders within Ireland and the EU include all applicable taxes. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@sophiebrunkarddesign.com and we'll help track it down.
